BAULEITER ? E-POWER PIPE / MICROTUNNELLING ? GERMANY

We are looking for an experienced Bauleiter / Construction Manager to take responsibility for major Microtunnelling and E-Power Pipe projects across Germany.

Location: Nationwide Germany

Salary: €6,000-€8,500

Equipment: HK10 / E-Power Pipe system

Crossings: Approx. 500m-1.3km

Project Values: €5m-€10m

Individual Site Duration: Approx. 4 months

Rotation: 2 weeks on / 1 week off

Hours: Approx. 50 hours per week, potentially more

Languages: German or English

The Role:

The Bauleiter will take responsibility for the successful delivery of major EPP projects, including the management of three operational crews.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple E-Power Pipe / Microtunnelling crews

Manage project budgets of approximately €5m-€10m

Coordinate projects from mobilisation through to completion

Manage quality, health & safety and project timings

Produce and maintain project reporting using Excel

Manage material

requirements and deliveries

Coordinate surveying subcontractors and activities

Oversee EPP operations and product pipe pull-in

Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and according to programme

Experience

Strong construction management experience within Microtunnelling, E-Power Pipe, trenchless technology or closely related underground infrastructure projects is required.

Experience with EPP / HK10 equipment and long-distance crossings would be particularly valuable.

The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple crews, subcontractors, budgets and technically challenging projects simultaneously.
