Lead Engineer

Lead Engineer - Caribbean

We are looking for a Lead Engineer for a major airport redevelopment in the Caribbean.

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for providing technical leadership, oversight and coordination across a range of specialist engineering disciplines and their interfaces with wider infrastructure works. The role will oversee the technical delivery process, ensuring effective coordination between relevant disciplines and maintaining alignment across the overall engineering scope.

For this role you will need a background in airport projects as well as structural experience.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar structural/lead engineering role, preferably on major commercial, infrastructure, airport or other complex construction projects.

Two years' experience supervising a design team

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical (MEP) Engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional membership desirable.

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, BIM, technical document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to interpret and coordinate complex engineering drawings, BIM models and technical documentation
