Are you an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor wanting to break into the Mission Critical space of Construction projects ?

This project has just been awarded for a 24 Month program with a further 4 phases to follow.

WHAT WE WANT

We're looking for a commercially sharp Senior QS who:

• Has solid experience delivering construction projects
• Confident managing significant subcontract packages
• Understands contracts, procurement, cost control & commercial management
• Can negotiate and hold their own with clients & subcontractors
• PROACTIVE - Doesn't need to be told where the problems are you just find them
• You want responsibility rather than simply another job title
• Ideally Degree Educated Quantity Surveying
• Prior research committed to the location
• An understanding that the environment is FAST PACED and that the end client is DEMANDING

Based on site reporting into the Project Commercial Manager. You will enjoy team work, varied tasks and pulling teams together to success.
