An exciting opportunity to join one of the world's most recognised luxury fashion houses as Assistant Manager, based in Monaco.

We are looking for an experienced luxury retail leader who combines a strong commercial mindset with a genuine passion for exceptional client experience, team development and the world of luxury.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Boutique Manager,

you will play a key role in the leadership and performance of the Monaco boutique.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the team

Driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets

Delivering an exceptional, personalised experience to a discerning international clientele

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective clienteling and CRM

Coaching and motivating the team to maximise performance

Supporting the day-to-day running and operational standards of the boutique

Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to drive commercial growth

Acting as a senior ambassador for the brand and deputising for the Boutique Manager when required

About You

You will ideally be an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Floor Manager or Senior Sales Manager currently working within luxury fashion or an equally premium retail environment.

We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:

Proven luxury retail leadership experience

Strong sales and commercial performance

A passion for client experience and relationship building

Experience coaching and developing teams

Confidence working with an international, high-net-worth clientele

A polished, professional and engaging approach

English language fluency; additional languages would be advantageous
