Salary: €70,000–€80,000 + Accommodation + Travel + Rotation + €28,000 Living Allowance

We are representing a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe.

An experienced Electrical Construction Manager is required to lead the electrical package on a major construction project. The successful candidate will oversee site delivery, subcontractors, programme, costs, quality and safety, ensuring all electrical works are completed in line with project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical systems package and day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate electrical design activities with the Design Manager and engineering teams.
• Oversee OFCI electrical equipment, procurement, deliveries and installation.
• Manage subcontractors, labour levels, progress and weekly coordination meetings.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, variations, valuations and material deliveries.
• Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental compliance and QA/QC.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, punch lists and close-out activities.
• Prepare weekly cost reports, progress updates and photographic records.
• Attend site, engineering, planning, coordination and handover meetings.
• Support project completion, including O&M manuals, safety files and QA documentation.
• Coach and develop the electrical team throughout project delivery.

Essential

Requirements

• Relevant trade qualification and/or third-level qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical installation projects.
• Strong electrical technical knowledge and understanding of building services.
• Experience with design-and-build projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety

requirements and subcontractor management.

• Strong planning, cost control, communication and IT skills.
• Ability to manage teams and deliver projects to strict deadlines.
