Project Manager – Donegal Region

The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking a Project Manager for residential and commercial projects across the Donegal region.

The business has experience in housebuilding, design-and-build delivery and regeneration projects. This would suit a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys working closely with site teams and taking ownership of delivery.

Package

€80,000–€95,000 depending on experience.

Company car and fuel card, or car allowance.

Medical cover.

Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial works from planning through to handover.

Drive site teams, subcontractors and programme milestones.

Coordinate design information, procurement and project resources.

Monitor budgets, quality and safety, reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements

Proven Project Management experience in residential or commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of building methods and trade sequencing.

Confident dealing with design teams, clients and subcontractors.

A practical leadership style with strong commercial and organisational skills.
