Key responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the management team.

Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.

Manage key business KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.

Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.

Analyse performance and implement commercial action plans.

Manage recruitment, training, and colleague development.

Build a positive culture focused on people, customers, and business growth.

About you

You'll currently be working as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, or Area Manager within:
