Accounts Administrator

3D Personnel Multi-Sector are working with a leading Donegal employer who are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their growing finance team based in West Donegal.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an Accounts qualification who is looking to build their career within a busy and supportive finance department.

The Role

• Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices
• Bank, credit card and nominal reconciliations
• Responding to finance-related queries from customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Assisting with month-end reporting
• General accounts and administration duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Accounts qualification essential
• Previous Accounts Administration experience 1 year + desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Important Information

• Fully onsite role based in West Donegal and will therefore only suit those in the local area.
• Ability to travel to the office 5 days per week is required
• Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland
