Sales Account Manager, Field-Based – Food & Nutrition

Dublin or Home-based | Permanent, Full-Time

A leading global distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients is growing its Food & Nutrition team in Ireland. They’re looking for a field-based Account Manager to win new business, grow key accounts and bring best-in-class supplier products to Irish customers.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers through site visits, trade shows and regular face-to-face meetings
• Spot new opportunities and keep your pipeline healthy
• Team up with technical, product and development colleagues to solve customer formulation challenges
• Track sales, margin and KPIs, and act on the data
• Stay ahead of Food & Nutrition market trends

What you’ll bring

• Commercial experience in the Food & Nutrition sector
• A science degree (ideally food-related) or equivalent industry experience
• A resilient, self-starting approach and a hunger for sales growth
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
