Pay Rates

Day Shift: £21.93 per hour PAYE

Rotational Shift: Up to £25.22 per hour PAYE (No Nights)

Overtime: Available at enhanced rates

Umbrella Rates Available: Up to £33.00 per hour

Competitive PAYE and Umbrella payment options availableAbout the RoleAs a TIG Welder,

you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds on thin-wall materials used within highly regulated manufacturing environments. The work involves welding components to exacting standards for aerospace, defence, and other precision engineering sectors.

You will be working with:

Thin-wall materials from 0.5mm to 2mm thickness

Stainless steel and aluminium components

High-specification products requiring exceptional attention to detail

Engineering drawings and quality procedures to ensure compliance with customer

requirementsKey

Requirements

Proven TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment.

Experience welding:

Aluminium

Stainless Steel

Ability to carry out precision welding to exceptionally high standards.

Experience working within aerospace, defence, nuclear, medical, automotive, rail, or other highly regulated industries.

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Welding & Fabrication preferred.

Candidates who are time-served welders with a minimum of 10 years' experience within a highly regulated industry will also be considered.

Ability to work from engineering drawings and quality specifications.

Strong understanding of weld quality, consistency, and inspection standards.What's on Offer?
