The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to deliver sales growth, strong retail KPIs and an exceptional customer experience.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team

Driving sales, improving key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximising commercial opportunities

Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term customer relationships

Recruiting, training and retaining talented team members

Coaching colleagues to improve performance and achieve their potential

Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Managing stock levels, replenishment and product availability

Monitoring payroll, budgets and operating costs to support store profitability

Analysing sales figures and using commercial data to improve performance

Creating a positive team culture and leading by example on the shop floor

Ensuring company policies, procedures and operational standards are consistently maintained

About You

We're looking for a commercially strong Store Manager who can inspire a team, deliver results and create an excellent shopping experience.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager

Experience within fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear, accessories or premium retail

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving retail KPIs

Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing a team

A genuine passion for customer service and customer experience

Excellent commercial awareness and an understanding of store profitability

Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail

Experience managing stock, rotas, payroll and day-to-day store operations

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

A hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front
