Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000

The role of the HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope will involve:

• HSEQ Advisor position promoting a range of building envelope projects
• May be required to visit sites across the North West
• Ensure standards are maintained throughout project delivery
• Review and monitor risk assessments, method statements and site-specific health and safety documentation
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, site managers and subcontractors to promote a strong health and safety culture
• Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement of HSEQ procedures and management systems

The ideal applicant will be a HSEQ Advisor – Building Envelope with:

• Must have experience as a HSEQ Advisor, Manager, Officer or come from a closely related technical position
• Technical understanding of commercial façades, curtain walling, cladding, aluminium windows, glazing & doors or a related building envelope system
• Highly advantageous to have proven leadership and team-management skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer focused and orientated
