Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways sector

South of England (hybrid role, mainly work from home) 

Around 475 per day, indicative determination of Outside IR35

6 month initial contract

We are looking to appoint a contract Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing highways service provider. 

The role focuses on contract administration, change management and payments under NEC, mainly Options A and E with some B, and involves no procurement or subcontract management. 

SDF framework and highways sector experience is preferred, particularly if you have previous experience in operating at the subcontractor level. 

You can be based anywhere in the South (M3 / M4 corridors would be great) and you will work remotely most of the week, travelling when needed and coming into the office for month end.
