Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee drainage works on a highway construction scheme, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme

requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee drainage works, including surface water drainage, pipework, culverts and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, engineers and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme.
• Monitor project progress, costs, resources and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, RAMS and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and site management to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on highway or civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of drainage installation and associated infrastructure.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and project programmes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant civil engineering qualifications; SMSTS preferred.
