HSE Advisor – Hyperscale Data Centre Construction – Finland

HP4 Recruitment is recruiting HSE Advisors for a large-scale data centre construction project in Finland. You’ll support the project HSE team to keep a busy, multi-contractor site safe and compliant from groundworks through to commissioning.

The role

• Carry out daily site inspections, audits and safety walks
• Review RAMS and permits, and monitor high-risk activities (lifting, working at height, electrical)
• Run inductions and toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and report findings
• Support compliance with Finnish occupational safety

requirements and the project HSE plan

• Coach subcontractor supervisors and promote a positive safety culture

What we’re looking for

• Previous HSE Advisor experience on large construction projects; data centre or mission-critical experience is preferred
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
• Experience working with international contractors and mixed-language workforces
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills are a bonus
• Finnish site
