CSA Engineer – Data Centre Construction

Salary: €80,000–€90,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to join a major data centre construction project in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will support the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works, ensuring construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, safety

requirements and programme milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee CSA construction activities on site.
• Ensure civil, structural and architectural works are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications and project

requirements.

• Review technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolutions.
• Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other engineering disciplines to ensure effective coordination.
• Monitor construction progress against the project programme and report delays or potential issues.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and quality assurance documentation.
• Support the preparation and review of method statements, risk assessments and inspection and test plans.
• Track and resolve technical queries, non-conformances and site issues.
• Ensure subcontractors follow project health and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and technical documentation.
• Support project handover, including completion records and close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a CSA Engineer on large-scale construction projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, inspections and construction safety procedures.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
