Global Head of Sales — Chemicals, Growth & US Expansion

ProChema GmbH is seeking a senior Sales leader to shape the company’s organic growth, strengthen the European sales organization, and manage P&L. You will collaborate with Product Management & Supply Chain to align sales initiatives with corporate strategy and client needs.

The role covers leading a multinational Europe-wide sales team, expanding into new markets (including a US branch), and driving sustainable turnover growth while managing budgets and performance metrics.
