fonio is seeking a high-energy B2B software sales professional to own the mid-market segment in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from its Vienna base. You will lead outreach, discovery, pilot programs, and closes, building a scalable sales playbook along the way.

You should be a genuine hunter with a proven ability to create deals, navigate multi-stakeholder cycles, and thrive in a fast-growing, hands-on environment. German (native or C2) and fluent English are required.
