Global Operations Finance Controller & COO Partner

Stäubli seeks a Corporate Operations Controller to act as the finance partner to the COO and Operations Leadership Team, guiding strategic decisions across manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, and supply chain operations. You will drive global standards, performance transparency, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and working capital across the Group.

You will visit production sites in Europe and occasionally in the US and China, traveling ~20–30%.
