Global Sourcing Leader - Direct Materials (Elastomers)

VAT Group is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and execute global elastomer sourcing strategies, partnering with Business Units, Engineering, and Operations to align with the company’s supply chain and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on sustaining the Global Strategic Sourcing Operating Model, improving quality, delivery, and cost across the 3rd party spend, including Best Cost Country sourcing initiatives in Eastern Europe and other regions.
