Senior Engineer Glass Core Build-Up Process

AT&S in Leoben, Austria is seeking a Principal Engineer in R&D for Build-up Process to drive next-generation glass core substrate technologies. You will shape technology roadmaps, solve complex technical challenges, and lead cross-functional teams from development to industrialization of advanced substrate solutions.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, oversee process integration, and ensure reliability and manufacturability while advancing high-density interconnect
