Service employee helpdesk (f/m)

• You act in a customer-oriented and responsible manner.
• You enjoy working in a team, setting priorities and taking a structured approach.
• You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
• You have extensive experience with the MS Windows operating system.
• You look after our customers’ existing systems.
• You support the field service in setting up the systems.
• You work closely with your team and are an important interface to development.
• You document customer inquiries and rectify faults using remote maintenance.
• You work on various projects.

The actual salary is significantly higher than the standard salary and depends on training and qualifications. The annual KV minimum salary without professional experience is € 25,494.00.
