Job Description

UNIQA IT Services GmbH (UITS) seeks a Lead Developer (f/m/d) to own the technical implementation and framework development of the Agentic AI Platform, focusing on Python components, reusable patterns, and developer enablement. The role ensures modular, secure, and maintainable platform code for agentic AI use cases across UNIQA.

You will design frameworks, extend MCP servers, memory, RAG, and evaluation patterns, and drive code quality and documentation while aligning with platform architecture
