SAP HRIS Project Manager

Function

We're looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to join our client's team and lead strategic HR and time management transformation initiatives in a complex, large-scale enterprise environment. This long-term consulting opportunity is ideal for a seasoned project leader with a strong SAP background, proven delivery capabilities, and the ability to coordinate major migration projects involving multiple stakeholders and large, diverse workforces.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale projects involving SAP HCM, SAP Time, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Oversee migration initiatives from SAP HCM and SAP Time to SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery in complex organizations with large employee populations and diverse workforce structures.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use ServiceNow and Jira to manage project activities, track progress, and support project execution.

The Ideal Candidate

• More than 15 years of relevant project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering at least five major projects, each lasting more than one year.
• Experience working in organizations with over 10,000 employees, including both statutory and contractual personnel.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex SAP HCM and SAP Time projects, including migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP HR and SAP Time certifications, combined with hands-on experience in SAP HCM, SAP Time, and SuccessFactors.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow and Jira for project tracking and workbench management.

Practical Information

This is a long-term consulting assignment requiring on-site presence of up to five days per week, depending on project needs. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2 in each language.
