• Stayhands-oninthecode,contributingtocomplexfeaturesandsolvingchallengingtechnicalproblems.

• Leadtechnicaldecisionsandestablishengineeringbestpracticesacrossour frontend.

• CollaboratewithProduct,CustomerSuccess,andfellowengineerstodesign,build,test,anddeployhigh-qualitysolutions.

• Coachandmentorfrontendengineersthroughtechnicalguidance,codereviews,andknowledgesharing.

• Ensureourcodebaseremainsclean,maintainable,well-tested,andwell-documented.

• Driveintegrationswithexternalsystems,includingauthentication,authorization,APIs,andcontentdistribution.

• 5+yearsofbackendengineeringexperience,withstrongexpertiseinFrontend, preferably in React / React Native.

• AMaster’sdegreeinComputerScienceorequivalentexperience.

• Atrackrecordofmentoringengineers,leadingcodereviews,andraisingengineeringstandardswithinateam.

• Experiencebuildingandevolvinglarge,complexsystemswithhighavailability,scalability,andperformancerequirements.

• Strongexperiencewithrelationaldatabasesandcloudplatforms.

• Familiaritywithinfrastructureascode,CI/CD,andmodernDevOpspractices.

• Strongunderstandingofsoftwarearchitecture,designpatterns,securecodingpractices(OWASP),automatedtesting,andmaintainablesoftwaredesign.
