Global Compliance Leader — Manufacturing & Ethics

Unilin is seeking a Group Compliance Officer to join the Group Legal department in Wielsbeke. You will shape and run the compliance function for a large manufacturing group with Europe, Brazil and beyond, coordinating roll-out of initiatives and reporting to the Group Legal Director.

You will develop and maintain policies, monitor regulatory changes, and foster a culture of integrity. A strong, pragmatic, hands-on leader with industrial experience is preferred.
