SHE & Safety Leadership Lead – Belgium Sites

DSM-FIRMENICH Belgium is seeking an experienced SHE Manager to lead Safety, Health and Environment programs across the Louvain-la-Neuve and Mont Saint Guibert sites. You will drive a proactive safety culture, champion risk management, and partner with site leadership to align with regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Site Director, you will define the SHE roadmap, oversee audits, training, KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, creating sustainable value for the organization.
