Platform Architect Data & AI senior Dutch

We are seeking a senior Platform Architect specializing in Data & AI to join our team. The role focuses on defining and maintaining architecture patterns for data platforms, AI solutions, and integration ecosystems. You will collaborate with domain teams and stakeholders to drive innovative and compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architecture and roadmap for Data & AI platforms.

• Develop architectural guidelines, standards, and reference architectures for data, AI, and integration solutions.

• Lead the design of AI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and vector stores.

• Create integration patterns for SAP, Databricks, Azure services, ConfluentKafka, and API platforms.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing data platform and AI architectures.

• Strong expertise with Azure cloud services, including Azure AI and OpenAI offerings.

• Hands‑on experience with event‑driven architectures, Kafka, and data streaming technologies.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive architectural decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and AI agents.

• Familiarity with SAP integration and Databricks environments.

• Knowledge of enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks.
