Job Description

Euroclear seeks an HR Lawyer to lead HR legal files and employee relations matters within its People & Organisation division in Belgium. You will provide legal counsel to HR and business clients on a wide range of employment issues, balancing company needs with employee interests and implementing solutions through formal documents.

You will coordinate cross-country HR Legal projects, lead social partner discussions, and ensure compliance with Belgian and EU labour law, including GDPR
