Senior IT Project Manager – Salesforce / CRM

We're looking for a senior IT project manager to lead Salesforce/CRM transformation, integration and data migration from initiation to operational handover.

What you'll do

• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, quality, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Oversee configuration, customisation, testing, deployment and operational handover.
• Align CRM processes with enterprise architecture.
• Report progress and escalate delivery issues.

What you bring

• At least 10 years in IT project management.
• At least 5 years delivering Salesforce/CRM projects, including two significant implementations, migrations or transformations.
• Salesforce architecture, cloud, API/middleware and systems integration.
• Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in complex matrix environments.
• Business and IT understanding.
• English (B2), French (C1), Dutch (B1).

Nice to have

• Public-sector experience.
• ITIL.
• PMI/Prince 2 certification.
• Salesforce certification.
