Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 & Azure

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and insurance sector, is seeking a Solution Architect to define the technical vision for a strategic core product. The role involves designing scalable end-to-end architectures that integrate modern cloud services with specialized legacy data landscapes. This position focuses on aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives within an Agile framework.

• Define the technical vision and lead architecture design for the product in alignment with enterprise guidelines.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure integration consistency across the application landscape.
• Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to Agile development squads.
• Review data models and solution designs to verify adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure product stability and performance.

• 7+ years in Software Architecture and object-oriented design including event-driven patterns.
• 7+ years backend development with Java , Spring Framework , and Maven .
• 7+ years experience with IBM MQ , IIB , and AS400 integration patterns.
• 7+ years in data and integration using REST APIs and SQL .
• 5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and enterprise modules.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and modern integration frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Core certification.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• You are fluent in French with a professional level of English .

• Duration: 12 months.
• Work regime: Full-time.
• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite).
