Senior Lawyer – Alternative Investment Funds

Arendt & Medernach is seeking an experienced lawyer for Alternative Investment Funds, joining a team of experts advising on fund formation, structuring, regulatory and related matters in Luxembourg.

You will participate in the life-cycle of strategic projects, work with asset managers on private equity and real estate deals, and draft key documents while collaborating across Arendt practices in a multicultural setting.
