Chief of Staff: Legal & Operations Strategy Lead

Our client, a Belgian market leader, seeks a Secretary General/Chief of Staff with a solid legal background and strong operational mindset to partner with the CEO and management team. The role blends strategic governance with hands-on execution across cross‑functional areas.

You will review contracts, oversee compliance, and advise on governance issues while coordinating internal projects and liaising with external partners. A helicopter view with hands-on pragmatism is essential.
