Remote Sustainability Director - ESG & DEI Strategy

Ageas Corporate Centre in Brussels seeks a Sustainability Director to steer the ESG and social impact agenda at group level, defining the long-term strategy for ESG products and overseeing transformation across Europe and Asia.

You will partner with Finance, Risk, HR and Compliance to embed sustainability into underwriting, reporting to the Board and Executive Committee. Fluency in English and travel willingness are required.
