Junior Corporate Associate - Global M&A & Finance

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Brussels seeks ambitious lawyers to advise clients on corporate and finance matters. You will draft and negotiate corporate/M&A contracts and capital markets documentation, manage transactions and due diligences, and nurture client relationships.
