Senior Compliance & Data Protection Leader (Luxembourg)

Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is recruiting a Senior Manager – Compliance, Regulatory & Data Protection to strengthen the firm’s compliance framework in a regulated Luxembourg environment (PSFs). You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and may assume the Data Protection Officer role, interacting with CNPD and governance bodies.

You will oversee the CMP, lead AML/CFT risk assessments, monitor regulatory updates, ensure GDPR compliance, and report to the Board.
