Job Description

Payflip seeks a Legal Lead to raise the legal bar for its salary and benefits platform in Belgium.

You will own all product- and client-related legal questions, shaping features and policy from day one, while building an internal AI-powered legal database and coordinating with external law firms. This role is the first in-house legal hire, focused on HR law, tax and social security as they apply to Payflip's products.
