Strategic HR Partner & Leadership Coach

Wiggli is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and leaders. The role translates complex business needs into strategic HR initiatives and partners with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.

You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management while coaching leaders and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Fluency in French is required, Dutch is a plus.
