Belgian Employment Law & HR Compliance Expert

Daikin Europe seeks a subject matter expert in Belgian employment law and HR compliance to support the HR Service Center. You will advise on contracts, payroll-related matters, social security, and employee relations while ensuring legal compliance across the employee lifecycle.

You will monitor regulatory changes, contribute to HR process improvements, and collaborate with HR and corporate functions to deliver compliant, business-focused HR services in a dynamic international setting.
