Strategic IT Service Delivery Lead for Key Accounts

Hive-X is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be the link between Belnet and its strategic customers. In this role, you will ensure operational quality and customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders while managing Service Level Agreements.
