Oracle APEX Analist & Technical Lead

We're looking for a senior analyst and technical lead to develop and maintain an Oracle APEX platform for infrastructure project pricing and cost estimation. You'll combine hands-on technical work with a substantial share of the functional analysis.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain applications built on an Oracle database.
• Analyse functional requirements for pricing and cost-estimation tools.
• Generate reports and documents using APEX Office.
• Work closely with development, database, testing and data quality specialists.

What you bring

• In-depth Oracle and Oracle APEX knowledge, with at least three years' APEX experience.
• At least three years' experience with APEX Office.
• Proven experience in functional analysis.
• Dutch, C2.

Nice to have

• Experience working with public services.
• Knowledge and practical experience of agile development methods.
• A technical or engineering bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience with the relevant ICT technology.
• At least two years' experience with infrastructure pricing and cost-estimation platforms.
