Hands-On Lead C++ Engineer: Build, Run, Scale

OMP Belgium seeks a lead C++ software engineer to design, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable software systems. This is a hands-on role: you spend your time in the code, combining deep technical expertise with mentorship as you build and run production-ready solutions.

You will own delivery from design to production, stay hands-on in the code, unblock the team, maintain quality, and collaborate with product analysts to ensure clear, feasible requirements.
