Senior Events Leader: Meetings & Expos (Hybrid)

IAAPA is seeking a Senior Manager, Meetings and Special Events to lead IAAPA ESA’s conferences and regional events from Brussels. You will oversee end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-impact experiences for members across Europe.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong English communication, and willingness to travel regionally. A hybrid office setup in Brussels is available and encouraged.
