Executive Director, Euro Swaps Trading Desk

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Euro Swaps trading desk. You will own development and implementation of trading approaches, engage with clients, and deliver market intelligence to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with traders to build high-quality pipelines, deliver insights shaping strategy, and rely on strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive desk success. This role also requires mentoring junior traders and leading major initiatives.
