Head of Business Analysis & Strategic Partnerships (Hybrid)

Pierre Fabre Laboratories seeks a hands-on leader to build and helm the Business Analysis practice within R&D IT. You will coach 2 internal BAs and 3–4 external analysts, shaping standards and guiding high-impact initiatives across Data & AI, Scientific Platforms, and Clinical Systems.

You will partner with Science, Clinical, Data, AI and IT leaders, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and driving prioritization to deliver tangible business value.
