What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead structural engineering design and technical delivery across complex projects.
• Develop and review structural solutions including steel, concrete and foundation systems.
• Provide technical assurance through calculations, design reviews and engineering judgement.
• Coordinate structural requirements with civil, mechanical, electrical and architectural interfaces.
• Resolve complex structural and constructability challenges.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders on technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practice.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in structural analysis and design.
• Proven experience delivering complex structural engineering projects.
• Experience providing technical leadership and design assurance.
• Strong knowledge of constructability and multidisciplinary design coordination.
