Category Lead – Indirect Procurement (HR, FM & Marketing) – Paris – 3 Days per Week in the Office – €95,000–€105,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised household brand as a Category Lead – Indirect Procurement, taking ownership of a significant indirect spend portfolio, with a particular focus on HR, Facilities Management (FM) and Marketing.

The business is looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Generalist who brings strong category expertise across HR, FM and Marketing, with the ability to drive change, challenge the status quo and deliver genuine commercial impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic sourcing and category plans across a broad range of indirect spend, with a particular focus on HR, Facilities Management and Marketing.
• Manage complex, high-value sourcing projects and commercial negotiations across multiple indirect categories.
• Oversee procurement activities across HR services, recruitment, contingent labour, Hard and Soft FM, marketing agencies, media and professional services.
• Drive procurement transformation, supplier consolidation, cost optimisation and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Facilities, Marketing, Finance and other business functions to align procurement strategies with wider business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability and improved supplier performance.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships, ensuring commercial competitiveness, service quality and risk mitigation.
• Challenge existing procurement practices and introduce new approaches to deliver measurable business value.
• Support the wider procurement transformation agenda, helping to establish more strategic, commercially focused sourcing practices across the organisation.

What we're looking for:

• Strong indirect procurement experience, with category expertise across HR, Facilities Management and Marketing.
• A well-rounded indirect procurement generalist who is comfortable managing multiple categories and complex spend portfolios.
• Proven experience working within an established, best-in-class procurement function, ideally within a large multinational organisation.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic category plans across complex, high-value spend portfolios.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of delivering significant savings and commercial value.
• Experience managing international or global stakeholders, ideally with exposure to multiple geographical markets.
• Ability to influence senior leadership, challenge existing approaches and drive meaningful change.
• A commercially astute, proactive and ambitious procurement professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
