The client is seeking an experienced .NET Software Engineer to support and enhance business-critical applications responsible for data management, file transfer, system integrations, and automated processing within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Support enterprise systems responsible for business-critical data processing and validation.
• Maintain and improve integrations between internal and external applications.
• Modernise legacy components and help reduce technical debt across existing platforms.
• Ensure reliable automated processing, file-transfer workflows, and messaging services.
• Work with Azure technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based services.
• Collaborate with international teams while working independently on technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong commercial experience with .NET Framework/C#.
• Microsoft SQL Server and database development.
• Experience building or supporting application integrations.
• Azure CI/CD pipelines and Azure Functions.
• Experience with messaging technologies (MQ or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously within a small team.
• Professional English communication skills.

• Experience supporting legacy application modernisation projects
