AI Product Engineer - Ownership & Equity

Rippletide is hiring a product engineer to move fast, own substantial parts of the AI product, and turn customer conversations into production features. You’ll work directly with the Head of Engineering and founders to shape what we build, own outcomes, and drive execution across the stack.

You’ll contribute to interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations, helping AI agents operate safely within business workflows while shipping impactful software at pace.
