We are looking for an EXPERIENCED PLATER / PLATE ROLLER for electrically powered manual plate rolling work in Raahe, Finland .

The work involves operating heavy-duty plate rolling machines used for bending and rolling thick steel plates.

Requirements

• strong knowledge of materials and an understanding of how steel behaves during forming
• good numerical and calculation skills
• excellent ability to read technical drawings
• previous hands-on experience in plate rolling – this is an essential requirement

The machinery includes, among others 3- and 4-roll plate rolling machines .

With this equipment, our client produces demanding rolled steel plates and components for applications in the marine, steel, mining, pulp and paper industries , including large drums, cylinders and other heavy industrial components.
